GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS


* HOW ARE CHANGE OPERATIONS MADE?


Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.

How long is the changeover period for the products?
Provided that the products you have purchased from www.modagulay.com have not been used, the exchange period is "7 DAYS" from the date the cargo reaches you.

How Can I Perform the Exchange?
- You need to send the product/products you want to exchange, together with the information form out of the box, via Yurtiçi Cargo, our contracted cargo company, after reaching our customer service. - Our relevant team will perform the exchange process in line with the product you sent and the order you placed.

Will I Pay Shipping Fee for Exchange?
1- If the purchased product is defective/defective/wrongly delivered to you, if you use the contracted courier company while sending the defective/defective/wrong product to our address, we cover the shipping fee. If you send with a different cargo company, we do not cover the shipping fee.
2- While sending the defective/defective/wrong products to us in the exchange process, we cover the shipping fee. After the product exchange process, the shipping fee of your new product sent to you is reflected to you.
3- When sending your product that you have decided to change, the shipping costs are covered by us. When sending your new product to you, the Shipping Fee will be Reflected on You.

The product I changed is more expensive than the product I sent!
1- If the total amount of the products in your exchange order is higher than the amount of the product/products you sent, the remaining amount will be reflected to you as the difference, together with the PAYMENT AT THE DOOR price. HOW ARE RETURNS MADE?

How will I be refunded the amount I paid when I return the product?
When you return a product, your money will be refunded by sticking to your payment method, after receiving approval from the product review.
- If you have made your payment by credit card, your installment transactions will be returned to your card in installments and your single payment transactions will be returned to your card as a single transaction within 7 working days.
- If you made your payment with a debit card (money card), your transaction, which is a single withdrawal, will be refunded within 7 working days.
- If you have made your payment with a virtual card, your single withdrawal transaction will be returned to your card within 7 working days.
- If you have paid with the option of payment at the door, it will be returned to the iban number you will send to us within 7 working days.



In your returns, regardless of the Total Amount of the Orders, in the case of a Whole or Partial return, one of the FEEDBACK CARGO FEE is deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. When you return a product, your money will be refunded by sticking to your payment method, after receiving approval from the product review.
